Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will review and assist accordingly.

For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
